BCBCS Certification Agreement

BOARD CERTIFIED BUSINESS CREDIT SPECIALIST CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made by and between The Credit Consultants Association, INC (CCA) with principal offices in Memphis, TN, and, an individual residing in (“Student Consultant”).

WHEREAS CCA is offering this certification the source is from a third-party software application that has proven to assist many in building their business credit profile.

WHEREAS Student Consultant wishes to become certified to be a Board-Certified Business Credit Specialist and approved to use CCA’s material via or eLearning system; and WHEREAS CCA is willing to certify Student Consultant to use provided tools subject to the terms of this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth herein, the parties, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:

Certification Applied For. Student Consultant desires to apply to be certified to be a board-certified business credit specialist. Student Consultant shall complete the course in a timely fashion and within two years of purchasing the program.
Certification Requirements. In addition to the payment; the Student Consultant must successfully complete all lessons and quizzes of CCA and pass the final exam with a 75%
Certification Payment. Initial non-refundable payment is required to take the selected certification course ranging from $75 to $697. Student Consultant acknowledges that payment of this fee does not guarantee Student Consultant will successfully meet all certification requirements.
Student Consultants agrees that there are No refunds and make No chargeback for the Board Certified Business Credit Specialist program and will be responsible for paying collection fees and placing a negative mark on student consultant consumer and business credit reports.
Grant of License. CCA hereby grants to Student Consultant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use tools associated with the CCA techniques to consult pursuant to Student Consultant’s certification, those tools comprising CCA’s copyrighted material, including Video Clips and Lesson Materials (the Licensed Material). Student Consultant agrees to use the Licensed Material only in conjunction with offering consultative sessions for which Student Consultant is certified and for no other use, absent the express, written permission of CCA.
Use of Materials Online: Any use of CCA materials on a website, social media, or any other online format is prohibited unless it meets one of the following requirements: a. It is linked to the original CCA source, b. It contains an attribution that clearly identifies the CCA source or c. There has been an express authorization for the use by CCA in writing.
